Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns or refund requests within 7 days of delivery for most products, provided the request meets our criteria.
Valid reasons for return include clear defects in quality or sizing errors.
Changes of mind are not considered a valid reason.
We reserve the right to determine whether a return request is justified.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.

  • All tags and labels must be attached.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Free return shipping applies if you received the wrong item or a defective product.

  • For all other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Do not send items directly to the manufacturer.


Lost Packages

If your order is undelivered and no refund has been issued, it may be due to incorrect shipping details provided during checkout. Shipping labels are printed directly from your provided information—please double-check them before placing an order.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and approved. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider for possible delays.

  2. If unresolved, contact us at support@repscollects.com.

Note: Refunds cannot be processed until returned items have been shipped and delivered.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Two exchange options are available:

  1. Return & Exchange – Return the product, cover the shipping costs, and we will ship the replacement once approved.

  2. Discount Option – Keep the original item and receive a 50% discount code to place a new order immediately.
